1. What makes Shirtique t-shirts unique?
Our t-shirts are designed specifically for motorcycle lovers and streetwear enthusiasts. We combine bold, front-printed biker graphics with comfortable oversized fits, crafted using premium, breathable cotton fabrics built to last on and off the road.
2. How do I choose the right size?
Every product page features a detailed Size Chart with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. Since our tees follow an oversized fit, we strongly recommend measuring a well-fitting t-shirt you already own and comparing it with our chart before placing an order.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?
Because all our apparel is made-to-order, we only accept returns or replacements if you receive a damaged, torn, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item. If you receive the exact size you ordered but it does not fit as you personally expected, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Notify us within 3 days of delivery at support@shirtique.in with your Order ID, clear photos, and an unboxing video showing the defect or incorrect item. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement right away.
5. How long will it take to deliver my order?
Once your order is placed, it takes 1 to 2 business days for printing and quality checks. Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your pin code across India. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as the package ships.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the design goes directly into production and printing, making further edits or cancellations impossible.
7. How should I care for my printed oversized t-shirt?
To keep the print and fabric looking fresh:
Machine wash inside out in cold water using mild detergent.
Do not bleach or dry clean.
Air dry in shade; avoid direct harsh sunlight.
Never iron directly on the print—iron inside out on low heat.
