  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including cases where fraudulent activity or policy abuse is suspected.

2. Products & Print-on-Demand Model

  • Made-to-Order: Our oversized t-shirts and apparel are printed on demand once an order is placed.

  • Product Depictions: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and graphic dimensions of our apparel accurately on the website. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor display calibrations, fabric dye variations, and printing techniques.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit product quantities or discontinue any design at any time.

3. Sizing & Order Placement

  • Customers are strictly responsible for selecting the correct size, quantity, and design during checkout.

  • Detailed measurements are available on each product page’s Size Chart. As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, items delivered in the exact size ordered are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for sizing/fit issues.

  • Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and pin code are completely accurate before submitting your order.

4. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • You may request an order cancellation or modification strictly within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once the 2-hour window lapses, your order enters automatic production and printing workflows, and cancellations or modifications can no longer be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard fulfillment (printing, packing, quality check) takes 1 to 3 business days, followed by courier transit of 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in India.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners. Shirtique is not liable for carrier delays resulting from weather, regional holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or logistical disruptions.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Claims for returns or free replacements are accepted only for damaged goods, fabric tears, severe print misalignments/defects, or wrong items/sizes shipped by our error.

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with mandatory unboxing video/photo proof sent to our official support channel.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on shirtique.in—including brand names, logos, original graphic illustrations, t-shirt artworks, text, and marketing media—is the intellectual property of Shirtique or its respective creators.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, copying, or commercial exploitation of our graphics or web content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shirtique shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.

  • In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific item in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or related to transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
